Clinician wellness is proven to be closely related to organizational wellness, including measures of attrition, quality, safety/risk, and patient experience. Lehigh Valley Health Network closely monitors and responds to signs of burnout in their medical staff and have been able to correlate success in promoting clinician well-being with measures of organizational well-being. In reducing burnout by as much as 40 percent, both staff and patient care have seen the benefits!
